Nachdem wir am Abend zuvor ohne Reservierung keinen Tisch bekommen haben, reservierten wir gleich einen Platz für den nächsten Abend. Das Restaurant ist klein und außen bei den Sitzplätzen schön dekoriert. Drinnen ist ein süßer Kunstverkaufsraum. Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es hier zwei Signature-Gerichte zu gerade noch passablen Preisen: Bowls und Burger. Also testeten wir beides (hat fast jeder so an den Nachbartischen gemacht). Der Burger Le Karantes war gut - nicht der beste Burger jemals - aber wirklich gut gebraten und kein Standardbelag. Die Pommes dagegen waren auffallend lecker, vermutlich selbstgemacht. Die Buddha-Bowl hatte dagegen alles, was ein Top-Gericht braucht: Jede Kleinigkeit in der Bowl war super abgeschmeckt und als Gesamtes harmonierte alles perfekt miteinander - maximale Punktzahl! Getrunken haben wir zwei Sangria, die auch super geschmeckt haben. Fazit: Nettes Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen, wofür wir gerne 50€ bezahlt haben. Wir würden wieder hingehen und beim nächsten Mal wohl beide Bowls bestellen.

Het was even zoeken om een restaurant te vinden in de buurt, maar deze zaak trok meteen onze aandacht door de sfeervolle aankleding en aangename muziek. Binnen was er ook nog een charmant winkeltje waar lokale kunstenaars hun creaties verkopen, een leuke extra touch! Het eten was erg lekker. Ik had La Surprise, en dat bleek een goede keuze. De frietjes van het huis waren ook bijzonder goed. De bediening was vriendelijk en aangenaam, wat de ervaring extra prettig maakte. Een klein puntje van kritiek: de gebakken courgette was koud. Misschien was dat de bedoeling, maar in mijn hoofd klopte het niet helemaal. Toch was de smaak goed, en met 26 graden buiten was het eigenlijk best oke. Kortom: zeker een aanrader! Super moment. La nourriture est délicieuse, l'ambiance chaleureuse, tout le monde est très sympathique. Prix tout à fait raisonnable pour la qualité de la nourriture.
